- Assist in the planning and organizing of warehousing and distribution activities and operations to meet the objectives of Sales Department - Establish and maintain a most effective and efficient Customs Clearance workflow to ensure that imported goods are cleared of customs on a timely basis with appropriate tariff rates - Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the effective operations of inbound, storage, customs processing and inventory management - Design and generate periodic reports to be used for intelligent decision making in Supply Chain Management and Logistics - Prepare and monitor Logistics cost in accordance with the cost object group as specified by HQ Logistics - Being able to identify local sources as alternatives - 根據(jù)銷售部門的銷售預(yù)期協(xié)助制定倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和分銷計(jì)劃 - 建立和維護(hù)快捷有效的海關(guān)清關(guān)流程保證進(jìn)口貨物以適宜的海關(guān)稅率及時(shí)清關(guān) - 開發(fā)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的操作流程提供高效的貨物進(jìn)口、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、海關(guān)清關(guān)和庫(kù)存管理 - 提供定期報(bào)告為供應(yīng)鏈管理和物流管理方面的決策提供智力支持 - 計(jì)算和監(jiān)控物流成本，使之與總部物流部門的要求相符 - 能夠鑒別合格的本地資源以滿足臨時(shí)性的需求 |
| 應(yīng)聘要求 | - Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or International Trade - Minimum 8 years of working experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehousing Management in multinational companies - Solid understanding of China Customs Law, experience with import/export documentation and processes - Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills - Strong sense of responsibility and commitment - Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese - Reporting to General Manager - 本科學(xué)歷，物流、供應(yīng)鏈管理或國(guó)際貿(mào)易專業(yè) - 至少8年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3-5年跨國(guó)公司物流、供應(yīng)鏈或倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理方面的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) - 熟悉中國(guó)海關(guān)的法律政策、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易相關(guān)的文書和流程 - 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和解決問題的能力 - 責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能承受工作壓力 - 優(yōu)秀的普通話、英文語言溝通能力 - 工作匯報(bào)對(duì)象：總經(jīng)理 |
